I forgot my password. What should I do?

Follow the following steps…

If you are already logged in to your Tonara Connect Portal follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings tab, and click on ‘Change Password’

  2. A popup will appear – you can enter the current password and new passwordchange password account 2

**You can follow the same steps on a mobile device

If you’re not logged in to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the Login Pagechange password login 1
  2. Enter your username on the next screen, and click ‘Reset Password’

3. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to reset your passwordchange password login 3

4. Once you open the link, you can reset your passwordchange password login 4

**You can follow the same steps on a mobile device through the Tonara app.

Once your password is reset you can enter your account.
